How it is Made

edit

Cheese is usually made using milk. Cheese makers usually cook the milk in the large vat and add salt and the substance from the stomach of young cows called rennet, which curdles (makes solid) the cheese. Some makers do not add rennet and curdle it in other ways. Other ingredients are added and the cheese is usually aged for the short time.
